The Children's Hour Folgen

This week on The Children’s Hour, Katie and the Crew learn about the Little Free Library network with Shelby King, program director and coordinator of the Impact Library Program. Airdrie reviews Rowen And The Rascal Lion, and Evan gives us a review of A Wolf Called Wander. Mixed with excellent music celebrating books, libraries, and reading.

This time on The Children's Hour, get spooked out with us as we celebrate kids' favorite holiday: Halloween! We've got spooky ghost stories from Bill Harley, Katherine Dines, AJ, and Show Mo and the Monkey Bunch.

This time on The Children’s Hour, we learn from two people who have dedicated their lives to being leaders in their communities. First, the kids chat with Pierce Freelon, who is a multi-Emmy winning TV and movie producer, Grammy winning children’s musician, educator, and city councilor in the city of Durham, North Carolina. Pierce talks about how he came to wear all these hats, and explains to us what it is a city councilor actually does.
