Im Zuge wiederkehrender Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrisen stellt der Staat immer wieder gigantische Mengen an Geld zur Verfügung, um kapitalistisches Wirtschaften zu "retten". Woher kommt dieses Geld und warum steht es für bestimmte Zwecke scheinbar unbegrenzt zur Verfügung und für andere nicht?
Aaron Sahr leitet die Forschungsgruppe "Monetäre Souveränität" am Hamburger Institut für Sozialforschung und hat auf diese Fragen Antworten.
